We needed a bespoke solution for our virtual conference, as posters are an important part of the Society’s annual conference and this was hard to reproduce online. I approached ParaGuard AV and they were very efficient in producing a platform that worked fantastically to produce a successful virtual event, with a lobby area, an auditorium where the live sessions took place and a poster room. Dave and Dan were so helpful throughout the experience, especially with assisting all the invited speakers to pre-record their presentations.

The client and attendee feedback was very positive for the Society’s first virtual conference and some even preferred attending online. In particular, the e-poster room had very good feedback, as people enjoyed being able to view the posters online in their own time. Overall, it was very reassuring that the event was in the hands of the expertise of the ParaGuard AV team and I would have no hesitation in working with them again.
